In order to prevent such a scenario and help preserve biological families within the Third Parent project, we finance the work of social workers who work to strengthen families. With the professional help and support of a social worker, parents are helped to realize their rights and take advantage of available opportunities for further education, improvement of housing conditions, and economic empowerment through support in the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises.

At the same time, our Company’s employees provide material assistance to families, to help them overcome a difficult period and provide children with the opportunity for adequate development and carefree upbringing. For 8 years, our employees have been preparing packages for children for holidays, the start of school and birthdays, financing sports and other extracurricular activities. From the beginning of the project until today, more than 40% of the participating families have felt the full benefits of the project – since 2016, 80 families went through the program and 36 children and families were fully empowered. In 2023, 140 colleagues are taking care of 42 children.
